The possession date will be communicated by 24 Wallstreet. This date may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Completion of all necessary formalities and payments is required for unit handover.

3. Use of Property

The property is designated for residential use only. Commercial activities or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Maintenance Charges

Maintenance charges and other applicable fees must be paid as per the maintenance agreement provided by 24 Wallstreet.

5. Legal Compliance

All residents must comply with local laws, regulations, and community guidelines regarding property usage.

6. Default and Cancellation

Failure to make payments or any breach of these terms may result in cancellation of the booking, with possible forfeiture of the booking amount. Cancellation requests must follow 24 Wallstreet’s cancellation policy.

7. Transfer of Ownership

Any ownership transfer or resale must adhere to applicable legal requirements and approvals.

8. Dispute Resolution
